I spoke with Carl Westmoreland (attorney representing Toll Brothers) this morning. He informed me that the Toll Brothers will request deferral of their zoning case until the end of next year. This is all the information that I have for now, but I should receive an official announcement next week. I will update as soon as I have more information.

Does that mean that it is not necessary to attend the two May meetings? Maybe they’ll just quit and give up altogether.

Tentatively this means the case will not be brought before the committees in May. Until we receive the official written notice I am keeping it on my calendar just in case.
