The decision at today’s zoning appeals board meeting was denial of the Briar Cove builder’s request to move unit 11 into the buffer between the townhouse project and adjacent property on Briarcliff. Thanks to all who attended and thanks to the zoning board members who recognized that our suburban community needs buffers between properties that are larger than 6 feet!
