Hi Neighbors!
The Milledge Place Project will be on the agenda for the Tuesday, May 28 Board of Commissioners Meeting. The meeting will be at Maloof Auditorium 1300 Commerce Drive, Decatur, starting at 6:30pm. Please attend if you are available. Toll Brothers will request a referral, but at the last meeting, they presented their project with their deferral request. At a recent meeting with Commissioner Rader, he said it will go a long way with the board if there are a lot of people there who oppose the project.
I met with Com. Rader along with representatives from Woodland Hills, Mason Mill, Victoria Estates, and LaVista Park. I was impressed with his knowledge of the proposed projects and the impact it will have on our community and surrounding communities. He was also extremely interested to hear our speaking points and our gathered data about the existing traffic conditions on Biltmore Drive and at Biltmore/Clifton/Briarcliff.
I am not yet sure if we will be able to speak at the BOC meeting on Tuesday, but myself and a few others are prepared to present data on existing traffic and the potential impact of a large development, proposed density for the Milledge Place project, environmental impact, sewer impact, CWA violations and other data.
If you are available, please come to the meeting to help oppose this project! We are early on the agenda (see attached). There is power in numbers!
Thank you for staying on top of this and sharing this important information. I plan to attend.

320 was a random post title generated by Word Press, because I did not place a title. I tried to replace the given title and have not been able to via my phone.
